Ok, so I'm a weather wimp...something about steady 20mph winds and below freezing temps that keeps me indoors on the ol' bike...so Iron Sue and I sweated to the pseudo circus music with Troy for a little over 2 hours today...I love Troy!! :)
Nothing wrong with indoor trainers this time of year. It's been raining here finally so I may have to become better friends with my trainer over the next couple of weeks. Keep riding!
Oh yeah...since my sister has been bugging me (in a nice supportive way) I went to Master's swimming for the first time on Saturday...kicked my butt but I am going back tomorrow night it has to get easier : )
Larry is doing the Troy on the trainer, but I had to put the other bike on for him to do it...should be interesting. Troy is still annoyingly perky and how come he doesn't ever actually do anything??? I am ready for spring so I can join Ed on the road...peddaling and going nowhere is BORING!!!

I rode with Troy on Monday for the first time....he is annoyingly perky!!!

Sheesh, Sounds like I'm the only one riding outside & enjoy the balmy(aka, "frigid")temps & calm (aka, "gale force") winds.
BTW, has anyone seen my nose, ears, & fingertips anywhere?
